We need your help now for children with cancer. Since our inception, Strike Out Kids Cancer, has brought baseball and other sports to children with cancer and other medical conditions. We also brought meals, fellowship, and therapeutic recreation to these children, but COVID-19 has changed things dramatically.
Our nonprofit has seen a 400% increase in requests for assistance from partner agencies over the past eighteen months and we are working hard to continue bringing meals, sports, and smiles to children battling cancer.
COVID-19 has disrupted supply chains, made personal protective equipment more expensive, and made getting meals and other services to children with fragile medical conditions that much more difficult, but we continue to fight. Let me tell you why.
His name is Mark. At age seven he was diagnosed with cancer and has been receiving in patient treatment since the height of the pandemic. Mark wants to attend school and play baseball with his friends, but coronavirus has kept him isolated from those team mates while he is treated.
Since learning about Mark we have been able to make sure he was connected to college baseball athletes for virtual game events and they have also started staying connected via email.
We are asking for $10 to help us deliver meals and fellowship to children like Mark and many others who find the support they need to conquer cancer.

No one was prepared for the unprecedented crisis we are all facing because of coronavirus and the increased strain on our healthcare resources, but especially for children.
Please give today so we can help families struggling through the worst diagnosis ever to bring some light into their world today. We will overcome this crisis, but our focus will always be on the children first and bringing them virtual meet and greet events, connecting them with other baseball fans and players, and making sure basic needs are met.
Please donate today so we can hit a homerun out of the park for a child with cancer today:
